Deferment of Children’s Aid Society Annual General Meeting 2020

We refer to the Notice issued on 7 August 2020 regarding the Children’s Aid Society’s Annual General Meeting 2020 (AGM), which was to be held on 26 August 2020 at 4pm.

We regret to inform that the AGM will be deferred to a later date that is yet to be determined. This is because the Annual Report will not be ready within a reasonable time frame before the AGM. The delay is caused by external factors beyond our control during this COVID situation.
