In memory of your loved ones, you may wish to encourage your family and friends to make a donation in place of sending condolences gifts such as wreaths. You could also choose to donate contributions from the wake to CAS.

CPF & Insurance Policies
You may include CAS in your CPF nomination by downloading CPF’s Nomination Form. Please fill up the following information under Section 2 of the form. You may also nominate CAS as the beneficiary of your insurance policy via your policy nomination form.
